The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:30.

Swim caps are needed to enter the pool and can be purchased in the leisure centre for EUR 3

Please note,children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the bar after 9pm (10pm May-Sept).

Please note, due to health & safety reasons only the number of occupants booked are permitted in the hotel bedroom during your stay.

There is a frequent bus serviceGalway city centre from just outside the hotel.

A valid credit card will be required on check in forbookings, including pre-paid bookings and reservations being settled by Debit Card. We do not accept cash payments on reception desk. Guests are required to provide a photo ID and credit card for pre authorization at Check in. The credit card, Photo ID and booking name mustmatch. Please be advised also that we do not accept American Express Card. For bookings of 5 bedrooms or more or stays of 5 nights and more you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation and full payment is required 6 weeks in advance of arrival, this is non-refundable.

For bookings made during Galway Races, you will be contacted by hotel staff regarding deposit payment.
Kids club is not available during Galway Race Week.
